Rescheduling Policy

Any appointment missed without notifying the salon may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $15.00. This fee will be applied if client cannot wait until the next available prime time appointment and needs to be accommodated in a timely fashion

Prime Time Appointments

Please anticipate a three to four week wait for appointments in the hours of 3-9pm with select stylists. Demand for these hours is high and we want to be able to offer you the best possible service.

In order to keep the salon running smoothly, please be on time for your appointment. That way your stylist does not get cuckoo for the rest of their day trying to catch up.
